We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on content development for our communication and marketing activities and will involve managing communications (external and internal) and social media efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication and writing skills and the ability to speak on behalf of the company in Arabic when required. This role requires someone who is tech savvy, is able to quickly get into the new professional areas and is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


External Communication Scope

  • Develop/oversee development of compelling content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.


Social Media Scope

  • Oversee the management of the company's social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries (led by the agency).

  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.

  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and the agency to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the company's online presence competitive.


Internal Communication Scope

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication plans to make sure the team - geographically distributed - is aware about the company’s plans, strategies, activities, team members know about each other and all of them are engaged and motivated to achieve great results for the company.

  • Craft compelling content for the internal communication channel, including information about new hires, major deals, partnerships and events organised by the company or where it participates, promote brand internally, etc.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on communications, social media management (content wise rather than design-wise).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in the financial services or technology sector is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
