IT Project Manager to work under the Head of IT and manage the IT projects. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Primary Objectives
Work with the Head of IT to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk management plans.
Coordinate project teams and assign tasks to team members.
Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including the Head of IT, project team members, and other relevant parties.
Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
Ensure that projects meet quality standards and are delivered to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in IT project management roles.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage project teams, and monitor project progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
Other Functions & Responsibilities
Information Security Management: Responsible for the company’s Information Security and contribute/participate in maintaining of the ISO27001 certification.
Business Continuity Plan: Should adhere to Business Continuity Management processes and procedures.
